10. New Schemes

In addition to continuing schemes, some new multipurpose scheme is proposed to be started in the financial year 2018-19, the details of which is given below:

• a) Nand Baba Puraskar
  Incentive to milk producer members under cooperative fold to promote milk production through cows of indigenous breed-
  Under this scheme, 75 farmers of the state and one from each district pouring highest cow milk of indigenous breed in the milk cooperative society is proposed to be honored.
  The milk producer pouring highest cow milk of indigenous breed in the socity will be awarded Rs.51, 000/- at district level and Rs.1.00 lakh at state level. Each beneficiary will also be given a certificate and memento.
• b) Establishment of dairy Development Fund
  As per Lok Kalyan Sankalp of present government, dairy development fund is proposed to be set up for implementation of dairy development program on large scale and give dimensions and directions to dairy related activities.
  The proposed fund will be used for operation of different activities related to dairy development and promote dairy business in the state.

• Establishment of a fully automatic dairy plant of 4.0 lakh liter per day with a powder plant of 20 MTPD is under progress.
• Construction of UHT plant of 1.0 lakh liter per day cow milk is under progress at Kannauj.
• Establishment of a dairy plant of 1.0 lakh liter per day at Firozabad is in progress.
• Establishment of a multi product dairy food plant of 3.0 lakh liter per day capacity at Lucknow is in progress.
• Establishment of a multi product dairy food plant of 1.0 lakh liter per day capacity at Moradabad is in progress.
• Establishment of a multi product dairy food plant of 1.0 lakh liter per day capacity at Gorakhpur is in progress.
• Establishment of a multi product dairy food plant of 4.0 lakh liter per day capacity at Meerut is in progress.
• Establishment of a multi product dairy food plant of 0.50 lakh liter per day capacity at Faizabad is in progress.
• Establishment of a multi product dairy food plant of 1.0 lakh liter per day capacity at Bareilly is in progress.
• Establishment of a multi product dairy food plant of 4.0 lakh liter per day capacity at Varanasi is in progress.
• Strengthening of 4 dairy plants located in different district Viz., Allahabad, Aligarh, Jhansi and Parag Dairy, Noida is in progress.
• In all 75 district of the state, establishment of bulk milk cooler for cool chain is in progress.
• In different district of the state, establishment of transit loss online monitoring system (solar based DPMCU) is in progress.
• The work of strengthening of Quality Control Lab is in progress.
• Construction work of residential building is in progress.
• Procurement of Bulk Milk Cooler and Visi- cooler is complete in all district of the state. Commissioning work is in progress.
